The 72nd annual Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 20 is without an in-house audience and its usual glamorous fashion, but the tuxedo hazmat award presenters are catching everyone’s eye on social media.
In the time of COVID-19, the night’s nominees are all situated at home in front of a camera, with some in small gatherings like the cast of “Schitt’s Creek.” The surprise comes after the winner is announced, where the nominee is presented with their very own award presenter wearing a black tuxedo, complete with a bow.
It didn’t take long for social media to notice the very fashionable and coronavirus-safe outfit. This is what they have to say:
