Today’s Media Roundtable dove into the upcoming 2023 mayor's race in Jacksonville and City Councilman Matt Carlucci’s withdrawal from the race. We talked about how things will shake up for the race as well as Mayor Lenny Curry’s presence in Mar a Lago for a fundraiser for Georgia Senate Candidate Herschel Walker. Other news this week included the Omnicron COVID-19 variant and how we will potentially be affected by it on the First Coast. Finally, we talked about the local housing news making headlines this week and our lighting round of final thoughts.
