I wholeheartedly agree with the editors’ view that “absurd media activism abounds.“
I’m dismayed that the editorial only cited examples from those opposed to the current Republican administration.
The reports from Fox News, Breitbart, and dozens of extreme right wing pundits are equally as absurd and activist. The media owes it to us as readers and viewers to present facts and context to help us reach our own conclusions.
When you layer on the abuse of social media channels in a time of growing fear, anxiety, anger and frustration it is almost impossible to discern facts from “spin.”
You would do us all a great service by balancing your analysis across the political spectrum and help us decide where to cast our votes in what I pray is still a democratic society as my grandson grows up.
