ARLINGTON, Texas – The 2021 football campaign officially kicked off for Texas Tech on Thursday as head coach Matt Wells previewed the upcoming season at Big 12 Media Days held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
 
Wells was joined by senior linebacker Riko Jeffers and senior offensive lineman Dawson Deaton in speaking to reporters from across the country as the Red Raider delegation met with representatives from CBS Sports, FOX, Sirius XM and ESPN College Gameday throughout the day.
